Charlotte Fontan Sers
Charlotte FONTAN SERS is an Associate Professor of Economics and Faculty Dean at ESC Business school in Pau (France). After earning her PHD from the University of Bordeaux, she devoted several years to work experiences in Polynesia and Senegal. She currently teaches courses on economics and social entrepreneurship. Her research focuses on the challenges in developing countries, specifically food security in Africa. Additionally, she is interested in the collaborative economy within the tourism sector. She has published articles in leading journals such as World Development and Applied Economics.
